Level II fieldwork opportunities that follow a 12-week program designed to set you up for success as a pediatric clinician in a private practice/outpatient setting. Created to provide you with the skills and competence necessary to set you apart from other candidates entering the competitive field of pediatrics. 

New Graduates will receive a 12-month mentorship opportunity going from most to least support from a senior therapist. Your mentor will help guide you through the highs and lows of navigating your first year of being a clinician. You will receive unlimited support to help you grow into the confident clinician you strive to be.

• What a new graduate is able to achieve clinically and professionally during their first 12 months during our mentorship program many new graduates learn within their first two-three years in the profession. Let’s get you ahead of the game.

• New graduates who have completed OT Associates Chicago’s mentorship program have been identified as “five star clinicians” and “stand out” in their current occupational therapy roles according to their current employers.
